Job summary

Cape Fear Life Enhancement Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to work with participants in ICF/IDD/Innovations Group Homes in Wilmington, NC. You will implement planned daily activities to improve everyday life skills and advocate for participants under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.

The role requires high school graduation, a valid NC driver License, and strong communication. CNA is preferred but not required; a health care registry, background check, and pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid North Carolina driverLicense.

Cape Fear Life Enhancement Services is currently seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with participants within our ICF/IDD/Innovations Group Homes in Wilmington, NC. Direct Support Professional works with individuals with Autism/IDD.CAPE FEAR LIFE ENHANCEMENT SERVICES IS ALSO NOW OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1000. $500 PAID AFTER SIX MONTHS AND ANOTHER $500 PAID AFTER ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE ORGANIZATION.Under the supervision of the Group Home Manager, the Direct Support Professional works closely with the participants to implement planned daily activities to enhance everyday life skills.
