Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Baltimore County. You will assist with daily activities, transportation when needed, and participate in program planning to promote independence and life skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn Therap software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities including household chores, meals, recreation, and learning.
• Assist with transportation to community activities; mileage reimbursement as applicable.
• Contribute to program planning and implementation for individuals served.
