Job summary

Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Harbor Point Nunica East for the 3rd shift full-time on-site schedule. This role focuses on helping individuals build independence through daily living support, community participation, and wellness activities.

You will work closely with individuals to provide compassionate, person-centered care, assist with ADLs, medications, transportation, and skill development, contributing to their independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
