Job summary

Alora Supports in Omaha, NE is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional to support an individual in Bennington. Two shift options exist: Mon–Wed 9:00–17:00; Fri 11:00–18:00; Thu–Sun 8:00–16:00. Overnight shifts are not available.

You will provide one-on-one in home and in the community, assist with daily living activities and personal goals, support social engagement, and build a positive relationship with the individual and family. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed.

Looking for meaningful work in the Omaha community?

Alora Supports is looking to connect with a caring, reliable Direct Support Professional to support a individual in Bennington, NE. We build our support teams around each individual, and this opening has two shift opportunities available, covered by separate staff teams:

• Supported Family Living — approx. 30 hrs/week. Mom covers weekday evening hours, so this role covers the remaining daytime support.

Available shifts

• Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

You're welcome to apply for either shift or both, depending on your availability. We do not currently offer overnight shifts.
