Job summary

DABS, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking a dedicated DSP/Personal Attendant to provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities in Supported Living Services.

The primary focus is active supervision to ensure health and safety, along with hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living when needed. You will contribute to incidental behavioral prevention and intervention, operate with increasing independence, and help maintain service quality to create a stable living
