Job summary

Beacon Group seeks a Direct Support Professional to work with a adult with a disability, using American Sign Language to train and supervise. The role involves providing direct support, ensuring safety, and following program guidelines in a supportive setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain, background check clearance, and a valid Arizona driver's license. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and a $500 sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Increased technical skills related to field of work.
• Successfully pass the drug test and background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/ First Aid Certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.

Monday-Friday-40hours/week.
