Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults with disabilities to live independently and pursue meaningful goals. You’ll join a supportive team that values respect, compassion, and teamwork in daily caregiving tasks.

No experience is required; training is provided. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts with 8- or 12.5-hour options, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Apply by December 15, 2025 to start your rewarding career with Beacon.

• Administer medications as directed (training provided).
• Support social engagement, recreation, and personal development.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
