Job summary

Agape Care LLC is seeking dependable DSPs to provide daily care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Columbus, OH. You will support clients with daily living skills, de‑escalate behaviors, and help with documentation while working in a 2:1 staffing environment.

Certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Medication, DODD, and behavioral training are required or obtained after employment. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive health benefits for full‑time staff.

Agape Care LLC is looking for reliable, experienced, caring and dedicated individuals for DSP positions. This person will provide daily care for consumers with developmental disabilities. Job duties include but not limited to: assisting clients with daily living skills, de‑escalating client behaviors, light housekeeping, and completing daily documentation. This client is behavioral and training will be provided on how to redirect and/or de‑escalate behaviors within developmental disabilities. This client has 2:1 staffing and you would be working with another DSP on your shift.

LOCATION: COLUMBUS, OH (FOREST PARK AREA)

Consumer needs care coverage for the following times:

• Tuesday and Wednesday 12am-8am
• Saturday and Sunday 12am-8am
• Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
• Saturday and Sunday 4pm-12am

**CERTIFICATIONS MAY BE OBTAINED AFTER EMPLOYMENT

• CPR/ 1st Aid REQUIRED**
• Medication Certification REQUIRED**
• DODD training REQUIRED**
