Spectrum Community Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Adult CLS. The role coordinates on-site active treatment in AFs or CLS homes, helping individuals with physical, cognitive, and behavioral disabilities with daily living tasks and community integration.

Training is provided (including CPR/FA). Must be 18+, have a Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check and MILTC clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide two work references showing good performance and attendance.
• Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check including fingerprinting, MILTC screening, TB test, drug screen, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site active treatment in Adult Foster Care (AFS) or Community Living Services (CLS) homes or private residences.
• Assist clients with cooking, cleaning, health and personal care, and community integration.
• Provide compassionate, honest, and energetic support to individuals with disabilities.
