Job summary

Anne Carlsen Center in Jamestown, ND is looking for individuals to assist with health and personal cares for children and young adults. The role supports therapy, education, and recreational activities and works under licensed nurses and teachers to implement care plans.

Successful candidates will complete the CNA course within 6 months and may pursue CMA training if required. A North Dakota driver's license is required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid North Dakota Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapies, education, behavioral, recreational activities for children and young adults.
• Contribute to and implement ISP/IEP, positive behavior support plan, and nursing care plan.
• Complete CNA course within 6 months of employment and CMA training if required.
• Work under supervision of licensed nurses, Home Life Operations Manager and Supervisors and assigned therapists/teachers.
