Midwest Health Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live meaningful, independent lives.

You will support daily activities, accompany clients on outings, and foster confidence and self-esteem in each person you serve. We offer paid training, sick and vacation time, health and vision/dental insurance, a 401k with company matching, and opportunities for promotion.

Competenze

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing needs.
• Commitment to promoting independence and quality of life for clients.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and self-care tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments, outings, and community events.
• Encourage social engagement and participation in chosen activities.
• Monitor safety and well-being of clients during shifts.
