Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Warminster, PA program. No prior experience required, and PAID training is provided. This full-time role covers a Saturday-Sunday shift from 8:00am to 12:00am, with an hourly rate of $16–$18.

Qualifications

• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, housekeeping and laundry.
• Support and mentor individuals, encouraging independence and participation in community activities.
• Spend time in varied settings (parks, museums, events) while following the Individual Support Plan.

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Shift: Full-time Double Shift, Saturday-Sunday, 8:00am-12:00am

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals . Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individuals Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park, museums and local events while working on social and communication skills. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride and fostering independence in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping and laundry. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.
