Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Warminster, PA. The program focuses on individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities, offering paid training with no experience required.

This full-time position features weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 8:00am-12:00am) and an hourly rate of $16-$18/hr, with potential to earn up to $18.00/hour through Enhanced Pay. At Merakey, you’ll help individuals live with dignity and independence, assisting with daily

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, housekeeping and laundry.
• Support individuals in community settings such as parks, museums and local events to improve social and communication skills.
• Follow the Individuals Support Plan to foster independence and meaningful engagement.

Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
