Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Wake Forest, NC for after-school hours and weekends. The role involves helping individuals with IDD complete daily living tasks and achieve personal goals in home and community settings.
Responsibilities include assisting with housekeeping, meals, personal care, transportation, scheduling, and daily documentation in the electronic health record system; paid training is provided.

Compensation: $15.00/hour
