Sevita Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Villa Ridge, MO. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in homes, helping with daily activities, goals, routines, and community involvement.

Starting pay is $19.65/hour with on-demand pay; full-time hours and a strong focus on growth, training, and advancement paths within Sevita.

• Partner with each person to build everyday skills like cooking, money management, and self-care.

• Document progress and follow individual support plans closely.
• Be a consistent, trusted presence the people you support look forward to seeing.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time

Every day, your support can help someone build a more independent life. As a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal goals, healthy routines, and community involvement.

Starting Pay: $19.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Available

Hours: Full-time

Location: Villa Ridge, MO

You’ll Also Need

• To be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience)
• A valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history, plus a reliable, insured vehicle
• To pass required background checks

Experience in caregiving, as a CNA, or in behavioral or home health support is a bonus.
