Qualifications

• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills are required for documentation and scheduling.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human services field if required by work location.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Provides support, assistance and supervision to meet individuals’ needs and goals per their plans.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Documents training, behavior and support programs per regulatory requirements.
• Assists with diets, textures and equipment as per each plan.
• Maintains homes, outdoor areas and vehicles in good condition and organization.
