Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. We offer paid training, flexible shifts, and a mission-driven team environment.

You will work with individuals to improve daily living skills, coordinate transportation, and help with personal care while ensuring safety and dignity. This role emphasizes mentoring, empowerment, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Related direct care experience preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
