Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will help with daily living, personal care, and community participation, while building meaningful relationships with participants.

This part-time role offers weekend shifts and requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record. Sevita emphasizes growth, safety, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, proof required.
• Six months experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.

Hire wage is $17 hourly.

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.

Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.

Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled.

Part Time

Every other weekend 8a-2p. Friday 2p-10p with every other Sunday 5p-10p. Thursday, Friday, with every other Saturday 10p-8a.

What You'll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent , proof of education is required


• Age Requirement: Minimum 18yrs of age


• Experience: Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
