Job summary

LifePath, Inc. in Pennsylvania is hiring Direct Support (DSP) staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in Montgomery and Bucks counties. The role offers a full-time schedule with second and third shifts, including every other weekend, and on-site training.

You will provide personal care, transportation, medication administration support, and participate in in-home and community activities, while following LifePath policies and procedures. Excellent benefits are included.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with personal care and hygiene
• Medication administration and transportation
• In home and community activities and outings
• Program documentation and reporting
