Job summary

InVision Human Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Live-In Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care and companionship for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ephrata, PA.

The role requires on-site residence during shifts, an HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license to assist with transportation and daily activities. The position offers full-time hours with a base pay of $18.50–$19.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Residence on-site during shifts is required or preferred.
• Familiarity with 6400 regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, community events, and social outings
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress toward personal goals

• Familiarity with 6400 regulations is advantageous
• Successful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
