Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Respite Care Provider in California to support children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, teach social and independence skills, and follow behavior plans to empower growth.

This part-time position starts 15–20 hours per week, with a 2pm–10pm PST schedule from Monday to Saturday. Opportunity to move to full-time hours and receive mileage or phone expense reimbursements.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: Monday-Saturday 2pm-10pm PST
