Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle, a valid California driver's license, and current state-required auto insurance.
• Ability to complete First Aid and CPR training.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, bend, twist, walk, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to supporting others.

This position offers hands‑on experience in a variety of work settings, including janitorial, yard work, and retail, depending on program needs.
