Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Portage, PA. The role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and skill development.

Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a paid Enhanced Pay option and a pay rate up to $18.75 per hour. Responsibilities include providing compassionate care, supporting mobility and meals, documenting progress, and promoting health and safety.

Shift

7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm with weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
