Job summary

Bancroft in Plainsboro, NJ seeks Direct Support Professionals for the Adult Program - BI to assist adults with traumatic brain injuries in daily living, community activities, and therapy-based services. This on-site role supports a multidisciplinary team in a day program setting.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $19.06 to $19.44 per hour. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, be team-oriented, willing to learn, and hold a valid driver's

Bancroft is a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with traumatic brain injuries. In this role, you will provide person-centered support that promotes independence, community involvement, and overall well-being.

At our Plainsboro location, DSPs work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support adults participating in therapeutic, vocational, and community-based services. Ideal candidates are committed to helping individuals achieve their goals while providing encouragement and assistance with daily activities as needed.
