Lifesteps, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with disabilities in a Brookline, PA residential setting. This is a part-time, regular position with varied shifts and paid training provided.

Responsibilities include daily living support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance as needed. Must be 18+, able to lift 200 lbs with help, and obtain state/federal clearances.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Must obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities (dressing, meals, grooming, bathing).
• Provide transportation to appointments and accompany clients on outings.
• Support with medication administration and home care tasks.

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.
