Aveanna Healthcare in Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated individuals to provide quality one-on-one services to those with intellectual and developmental delays. Responsibilities include implementing treatment goals, maintaining documentation, and providing support in daily activities.
No prior experience is needed, as training will be provided. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while working with a supportive team.
Working in the home and community environment responsible for the delivery of quality one on one services to Intellectual and Developmentally Delayed individuals and implementing their goals as outlined in the Person Centered Plan. Care may also involve activities of daily living and communication with other members of the individuals’ multi-disciplinary team. Completion of all documentation in accordance with state and program regulations, Aveanna Healthcare policies and procedures, and any applicable accreditation standards.
Driver’s License and Personal vehicle with up to date insurance and registration required.
No experience necessary, we will provide and pay for your training!
