Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Penn Hills, PA to support individuals with developmental disabilities. No experience required – paid training is provided, and you’ll join a mission-driven team in a supportive environment.

As a DSP, you’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, and meal prep, help develop life skills, provide transportation, and document progress. Earn up to $18.74/hour with Enhanced Pay and enjoy a range of employee benefits.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
