Positions are full-time or part-time in Pryor, Oklahoma, with shifts including weekday, overnight, and weekend. Competitive hourly rates start at $13.65–$14.00, with benefits after 60 days for full-time staff and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility, daily living activities, and basic caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting when needed.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation following guidelines or diets.
• Assist with medication administration under physician direction.
• Support individuals in community activities, volunteering, and leisure outings.
• Offer transportation assistance for work, therapy, and activities.
• Engage in activities like games, reading, and visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.

What You’ll Do

  • The employee must be physically able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including the ability to kneel, use upper-body strength to deliver chest compressions, and maintain these actions for the duration required in an emergency situation.
