Independent Home Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals throughout Wyoming County, PA. This role offers flexible daytime, evening, and weekend hours with a $18–$20/hour pay rate and a sign-on bonus.

You will provide one-on-one support, help with daily living skills, transportation when needed, and document care plans while adhering to individualized goals and safety standards.

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Wyoming County, PA.

As a DSP, you’ll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their communities, and work toward personal goals.

We have opportunities that may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours depending on current client needs and your availability.

What We’re Looking For

Previous DSP, caregiving, home care, behavioral health, or human services experience is helpful, but not required for every opportunity.
