Job summary

Independent Home Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Wyoming County, PA to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Roles vary with daytime, evening, and weekend hours based on client needs and availability.

You will help with daily living skills, community participation, and building independence while following individualized plans and completing required documentation. Flexible scheduling and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances; able to work independently after training.
• Strong communication and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to complete DSP/ODP training.

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Wyoming County, PA.

As a DSP, you’ll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their communities, and work toward personal goals.

We have opportunities that may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours depending on current client needs and your availability.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting daily living skills and personal goals
• Providing companionship and encouragement

• Helping individuals develop greater independence
• Providing transportation when required
• Following individualized support plans
• Completing required documentation
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• At least 18 years of age

Previous DSP, caregiving, home care, behavioral health, or human services experience is helpful, but not required for every opportunity.
