Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the North Braddock area of Pittsburgh, PA. The position offers a full-time schedule with rotating shifts and a pay range of $18.25–$20.96 per hour.

You will join a mission-driven team providing support to individuals with disabilities, with benefits including tuition assistance, health insurance, a 403(b) plan, paid training and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license and 3 years of a clean driving record.
• Agree to PA state criminal history, child abuse record and FBI clearance.
• Agree to pre-employment drug screening, one-step TB and physical.
• Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a care provider (ADL required).
• Be empathetic and patient with behaviors and able to apply techniques taught.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
