Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Missouri to support individuals in leading more independent and fulfilling lives. This onsite, full-time role emphasizes building meaningful relationships, daily caregiving tasks, and community involvement.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote inclusion, and work with a mission-driven team across the country. On-demand pay and flexible schedules complement the commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
