Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Direct Support Professional in the Newark, DE area. The role involves providing supportive services for children in Transitional Living Services across residential shelters, detention, day/community services, or the child’s home.

You will fill in as needed for aide-level positions, document shift activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Compensation is processed weekly with opportunities to choose schedules that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• TB Required.
• Must be able to clear drug screen.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide supportive services for children receiving Transitional Living Services in various locations including residential shelters, detention, day/community services or the child's home
• Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
• Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices

CLIENT'S HOURS

• Sunday-Wednesday from 7:0am-7:0pm
• Wednesday-Saturday from 7:0am-7:0pm

CLIENT'S REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record required
