Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for IDD services in New Eagle, PA. The PT Evening shift (Tues/Wed 3pm-11pm and Sat 7am-3pm) offers $16.00 per hour with on-demand pay options.

You’ll help individuals with daily living, personal care, and community participation in a mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma and at least 6 months in human services or related care roles, plus a valid driver's license and reliable

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and achieve developmental goals.

Direct Support Professional - IDD Services

Location: New Eagle, PA, 15067

Shift: PT Evening (Tues/Wed 3pm-11pm and 7am-3pm Sat) 24

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

On-Demand Pay Available

Valid, unrestricted license (1+ years driving experience required)
