Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for IDD services in Elizabeth, PA. The role offers a PT Day shift (7am-3pm, Sat/Sun) with a pay rate of $19.00/hour and on-demand pay options.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to support community-based services. You will help individuals grow, learn, and live well, building meaningful relationships, and supporting personal development goals in a mission‑driven team at

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, patience and responsibility are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
