Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands‑on, compassionate care for individuals with mental, intellectual and physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible with dignity and respect.

You will assist with daily living tasks, support personal growth, and document care plans. Training is provided, teamwork is essential, and we foster a collaborative environment; a successful background clearance is required and you must be 18 or older.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process 18 years or older
