Verland CLA in Moon Twp, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide exceptional care for residents with complex needs. Earn $19.25 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time shifts are available, including 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities include individualized care, daily living assistance, and participation in planning activities, with comprehensive benefits after 30 hours. Training provided during first two weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.

Verland is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals' to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing Exceptional Care to the individuals that call Verland their Home.

House Name: Pococen House

Location: Moon Twp, PA 15108

Shifts available:

Full Time- 40 hours

7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for individualized care and ongoing support for people in our community with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Contributions:

• Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Introduce and encourage skill development through active treatment activities
• Implement individualized programs; record all observations and daily progress notes.
