Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring to provide direct care and support for individuals with daily living activities in the Fuquay-Varina area. You will assist with personal hygiene, meals, and household tasks while promoting independence and community involvement.

The role may include transporting clients and documenting progress on goals, ensuring safety and well-being. All applicants should have high school diploma or GED, CPR/FA, and a valid driver’s license; English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NCI/CPI Training completed or in progress.
• CPR/FA certification required.
• TB screening is required.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• Proficiency in English language required.
• Technological proficiency including mobile documentation.
