Job summary

Evergreen Health Services in Minnesota is seeking compassionate staff to provide person-centered support for people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. You will deliver direct care, promote safety, and help individuals engage in daily activities.

This role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Prior in-group home or direct care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centered care to individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities.
• Capable of enhancing quality of life for individuals with special needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
