Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and help with community activities, aiming to improve independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting social engagement, administering medications if certified, and maintaining accurate progress notes while implementing personalized care plans in a safe setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving/healthcare or Direct Support professional experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
