Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence and improve daily living. You will provide hands-on support, emotional encouragement, and opportunities for community engagement.

This role involves assisting with ADLs, coordinating activities, administering medications if certified, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in caregiving or DSP preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
