Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, independence, and community participation.

Provide hands-on care, emotional support, and documentation, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and competitive pay ($21.40–$30.00 per hour). Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or DSP role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
