• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Individual Support Plan to support daily living activities.
• Assist with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Help participants participate in community activities and outings.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and encouragement to help individuals achieve goals.
