360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact for children and teens with developmental disabilities. You’ll provide daily living support, participate in community activities, and help families plan meaningful progress.

The role offers a part-time schedule with potential to move to full-time, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a collaborative team culture focused on respect and quality.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm-Midnight highly desired
• Weekends- Between the hours of 8am to 6pm or 1pm to 9pm
• Some morning availability neededed Mon-Fri to complete 2-3 weeks of training

• Cities Targeting- Van Nuys, Granada Hills, Reseda, Northridge, Chatsworth, Canoga Park, Tujunga Sylmar, Pacoima
• We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.
