Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in California to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and reach personal goals. You will build trusted relationships, provide companionship, and support daily living activities in the home and community.

Ideal candidates are energetic, compassionate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED are required.
