Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area. You will deliver one-on-one care in both home and community settings, focusing on safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include daily living support, meal prep, and medication assistance, while maintaining a positive, supportive environment and adhering to agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and patient demeanor.
