Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Chapel Hill is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will help with daily living activities and ensure safety in home and community.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication administration, and companionship, with a focus on dignity and client-centered support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Provide one-on-one support,assistance,and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.

• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care client

Job Types - In-Home Services -Full time (40+ weekly) Part Time (20 hours weekly)
Full time: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 7:30AM-4PM and Thursdays 7:30am-8pm
Part time: Tuesday & Thursday- 5:15pm-8pm & Sundays 12:30-7:30pm
