Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Jonesboro, AR, to join our Community Based Services team under the DDS program. This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 1:30pm–6:30pm, working to support individuals in a person-centered care model.

The role emphasizes compassion, independence, and skill-building through daily activities, outings, and in-home support, with focus on safety and respectful interaction.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-6:30pm.
