Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. in Huntsville, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role. Two schedule options are available: Thursday & Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm or Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-6:00pm, reporting to the Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director.

The DSP will participate in Community Based Services under the DDS program. Responsibilities include compassionate support for consumers, fostering independence, and assisting with social/interpersonal

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state ID or license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Patient, kind, and understanding demeanor.
• Adheres to Myers-Davis’ mission, vision, and philosophy.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with 2 schedule options: Thursday & Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm or Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-6:00pm.
