Community Services, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a swing shift (Thursday to Saturday, 12:00pm–10:00pm), 30 hours per week, with full benefits.

You will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and community involvement; encourage choice and independence; document progress and services; and work closely with families and team members to provide consistent, respectful support.
